ARO was given the opportunity to work with the City of Kingsport in creating the FY 2019 Integrated Marketing Strategy.
Identified four pillars that define Kingsport: Lifestyle, Economic Development, Neighbors, Strategic Partners
Led several focus groups to further identify key demographics in each pillar
Generated 8 tactics including web development, video production, and community events that support the goals of each pillar
Brought together 8 creative agencies to work and collaborate to achieve the goals of each pillar
Collaborated with the City and 10 strategic partners to coordinate all marketing efforts
